The Process

  • You will meet with Felicia either online or in-person for a 60 minute consultation. Here you will discuss your goals and other personal items related to why you have chosen to find a holistic wellness coach.

  • After your consultation, Felicia will consider and devise a plan that incorporates multiple modalities and tools. She will email this over for your review and feedback. Once you both come to an agreement about the path forward, the plan is locked in and you begin your coaching journey.

  • Typically, you will meet with Felicia once a week via Zoom or in-person for 30-60 minutes (depending on what was agreed upon in the planning phase). She will be available throughout the week for text support as well. You will work each weeks lessons and tools and then discuss the outcomes of each with Felicia during your sessions.

  • As you hone in on what tools and modalities are working for you, Felicia will be recording these during your sessions. At the end of each month, you will receive a revised plan based on your feedback during the coaching sessions. Then, you keep on working the plan.
